• Heat staking • Thermal insertion • Pad printing • Hot stamping • Thermal printing • Mechanical assemblies • Machining Our Oxford, CT and Longmount, CO facilities feature mobile finishing stations that go directly to the molding locations so that products never have to leave the production floor. This tremendous flexibility allows PTA to turn any molding machine into a multi-function production cell. Whether a product needs one operation or a series of sub-assemblies and finishing steps, PTA can put a completed part directly into a container — ready for shipping. This unique concept assures each customer the highest quality and value for their product. Many times projects call for additional finishing operations. PTA offers a variety of aesthetic, visual and tactile processes to enhance the look and function of products, including pad printing, hot stamping and thermal printing. In-house machining can be used to modify a part to create variations on the original without incurring retooling costs. In addition, specialized functions such as painting, plating and shielding are available and can be arranged directly through PTA's project teams. |
