The L.E.Demetron 1 offers a high-powered, cordless alternative for dentists looking for portability, flexibility, and the constant output required for daily use.

• Creative tooling enabled Kerr and PTA to have the LED lights glow through the plastic cover. With this unique feature, the unit's user can get a direct reading on the battery's charge level and the curing light's intensity.

• A more cost-effective alternative to molding and assembling individual light pipes was found by using Lexan® resin and a .025" thin wall section for emitting light, an extremely precise plastic molding technique.
• PTA's thin wall single-aperture solution greatly reduced the possibility of fluids getting into the unit during cleaning. The piece stays exceptionally clean by keeping contaminants out.
